Tec-Do Launches Navos Pro Pro-Agent at TGC 2026, Targeting Result-Driven AI for Work
Tec-Do launched Navos Pro, billed as the industry’s first Pro-Agent, at TGC 2026 in Guangzhou to push result-driven AI for Work.
The conference, themed “AI is Profitable,” gathered speakers from OpenAI, Google, Alibaba, ByteDance and Tencent, according to a company-supplied article published by Chinese tech media QbitAI. Kevin Knight opened the event with a speech on AI moving from language to action, and attendees converged on the view that AI’s commercial value must be verified by real business metrics.
Tec-Do founder and CEO Li Shuhai framed the AI for Work opportunity around three corporate spending areas: marketing and sales, coding and product development, and management. He mapped these to AI for Growth, AI for Innovation and AI for Administration, saying they could form a multitrillion-dollar market. Within that framework, he said Claude Code and similar products focus on AI for Innovation, while Tencent WorkBuddy focuses on collaborative office work, and Navos Pro is intended to be a leading player in AI for Growth. Li said Tec-Do would “only do result-oriented AI for Work.”
Navos Pro is built around three attributes: Professional, Proactive and Profitable. The Professional layer is designed to understand a brand’s business by parsing its official website, building a private brand knowledge base and retaining business memory so outputs fit brand requirements. The Proactive layer moves beyond passive instructions, monitoring multidimensional data around the clock to identify growth opportunities and generate strategies, with humans retaining decision-making authority. The Profitable layer uses profit as its core measure, tying strategy, creative and ad placement to GMV, ROI and other metrics so that AI output can be measured and monetized.
The company described three capability layers behind those attributes. The Professional system combines industry know-how and proprietary data across databases, agents, workflows and interaction, including public data, domain benchmarks and vertical-scenario insights; it also cites more than 70 MCPs, more than 100 skills and user feedback for continuous tuning. The Proactive system covers more than 1 billion perception data points per day and 200 million perception frequencies, supporting more than 10 million ad diagnoses, 1 million action suggestions and 100,000 adopted suggestions, according to the article. It monitors accounts, products and creative materials and generates recommendations on budgets, bids, selling points and creative iteration, linking to agents or human execution.
The Profitable system runs through batch creation and scaled testing, scaled production, strategy iteration and revenue expansion, using a Learning Loop to feed results back into strategy optimization. Its technical foundation includes Agent Harness, 32B/27B/5B professional models, a marketing knowledge base, benchmark metrics, methodology assets, multi-source heterogeneous data and a professional sample library. Navos RSI uses Agentic RL to drive Agent Harness self-iteration, covering trajectory sampling, reward design, strategy updates, version write-back and validation. Tec-Do said Navos covers the full overseas marketing chain and is offered in Navos Lite and Navos Pro versions.
Li described the evolution of agents as a transfer of who initiates work: chatbots respond passively, copilots assist execution, and Pro-Agents proactively discover business opportunities and deliver growth. He traced a broader industry shift from the mobile internet era of 2012 and the SaaS era of 2018 to the AI era that began in 2024, where the core logic is moving from capability supply to value validation. Tec-Do said it has served hundreds of thousands of overseas brands and has begun building an ecosystem, becoming a first-batch global technology partner for ChatGPT Ads in July 2026 and cooperating with Tencent WorkBuddy in August 2026 to apply model capabilities to overseas marketing.
OpenAI business cooperation head Lorry Destainville said ChatGPT reaches 1.2 billion users each week and that OpenAI is exploring Sponsored Agents and Visual Ads, according to the article. He thanked Tec-Do for working with OpenAI to provide brands with practical, measurable AI growth tools.
The event also featured three roundtables on emerging AI technology, overseas expansion in the AI era and commercialization practices, with participants from General Atlantic, Nextie, Shenyanxu, Alibaba Qwen, Google, CICC, Maiya Media, Hero Esports, BytePlus and Tencent WorkBuddy. Tec-Do founding partner Nie Ailing announced the launch of the Pro-Agent Global Challenge, a global competition for AI startups focused on agent architecture, AI marketing, AI content entry and computing infrastructure, with access to capital, industry resources and global growth channels.
