ESR prepares iPhone 18 accessories for Apple's foldable iPhone Duo

Cases for folding phones are difficult to design because they must protect the two halves of the phone, the hinge and the exterior screen without adding bulk. ESR says the iPhone Duo was bought because it folds thin, and it built the Atelier case for everyday carry. The case uses high-quality organic silicone leather with a soft, skin-friendly texture, an anti-fouling coating and a stain-resistant finish on the light-colored TPU surface. ESR's tagline for the case is "For the Look That Lasts."

The Flex Stand is a 180-degree rotating stand made from high-strength zinc alloy, with a precision hinge and optimized damping force control. An internal damping-locking design keeps it stable at multiple angles whether folded or unfolded, and the zinc alloy construction is intended to prevent deformation after prolonged use. ESR tested it through 3,000 open and close cycles. The case is described as open to view, close to protect.

For the iPhone Duo, protection includes extra hinge protection, a soft microfiber lining with a TPU frame and raised-edge protection. A built-in high-strength magnet provides 1,400g of magnetic strength, so wireless chargers, car mounts, card holders and power banks can snap on and hold.

The Atelier case also comes in iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max versions with the same premium materials. The back is high-quality organic silicone leather with a delicate, soft touch and a skin-friendly surface texture. ESR added the same anti-fouling coating and stain-resistant treatment to the light-colored TPU surface.

The Flex Stand on the iPhone 18 and 18 Pro edition adjusts from 15 to 69 degrees for portrait and landscape viewing, covering StandBy on a nightstand and video on a plane. It uses the same dual-function design as the iPhone Duo version, with no separate stand to carry. The Pro version offers 3x military-grade protection, including 12-foot drop protection, a built-in Camera Control cover, a soft microfiber lining with a TPU frame that guards edges against scratches and raised-edge protection. It has the same 1,400g magnetic hold, with a precise magnetic ring layout that lets MagSafe accessories align quickly and automatically. That layout is intended to provide stable compatibility with wireless chargers, car mounts, card holders and power banks.
