Writer Launches Enterprise Brain as Universal Context Layer for AI

Writer Inc. has launched Enterprise Brain, a governed context layer to unify enterprise knowledge and branding across teams and AI systems.

Enterprise Brain will launch with Agent Memory, a team-level memory layer that helps maintain brand compliance and standardize operations across companies, the company said. Writer also introduced Writer Meet, which connects Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, transcribes calls and turns meetings into context for automated actions. Users can enable actions from collaborative workspaces such as Slack and Teams, with background conversations working alongside agents as teammates.

“Every enterprise on earth can now buy the same frontier AI from the labs, but generic intelligence creates generic companies, undifferentiated customer journeys and frustrated marketing and revenue teams,” said co-founder and Chief Executive May Habib. She added that competitive advantage lives in the enterprise ephemera that revenue and marketing teams know about customers, including the judgments that shape how work gets done, how people differentiate, how they operate and the core brand.

With Enterprise Brain, Writer is putting its core platform at the team level, whereas most AI memory systems are built to serve individuals and rest on one-on-one sessions, the company said. Its research team optimized the memory system around how work gets done, not just individual preferences, and validated it against public and internal benchmarks.

Vice President of Product Matan-Paul Shetrit said most AI products are still fundamentally single-player: “Context gets trapped in one person’s session; memory doesn’t carry across interfaces and skills have to be configured over and over again. That doesn’t cut it in the enterprise, where work is collaborative and every decision builds on what came before.”

Writer said Enterprise Brain is designed for Fortune 500 customers such as Mars Inc., The Clorox Co. and H&R Block Inc. to join enterprise marketing and revenue teams so brand vision and campaign messaging remain consistent. Since every team connects to the same Enterprise Brain agent and maintains shared memory, the customer journey stays consistent from start to finish, on-brand and grounded in business insights learned from each step, the company says. It added that the system gets smarter from every campaign and deal as agents, workflows and interactions adapt to team activities and combine shared knowledge.
