AeroPress launches a walnut Premium brewer and matching manual grinder at $249.95 each, on sale now in the US.

The AeroPress Premium Walnut Brewer uses high-grade walnut for its plunger and flange, and ships with a solid walnut coffee scoop and stirrer. Its chamber is made from borosilicate glass with laser-etched markings to help users pour a measured volume of water, while the filter cap and other components are stainless steel and aluminum. The AeroPress Walnut Manual Grinder pairs a large natural-wood handle with a matching catch container for freshly ground beans.

TechRadar, which tested the all-metal version of the grinder when it launched earlier this year, rated it the best hand-operated grinder it has used. The titanium burrs grind evenly and can be adjusted across 60 grind sizes, and the grinder's large handle is designed to turn easily, with an attachment for an electric drill for users with limited hand mobility.

Wood trim has become more common in premium kitchen appliances. KitchenAid's Evergreen stand mixer went viral after its 2024 launch, the Ratio Eight coffee machine received a real wood upgrade in May 2025, and the walnut-clad Café Leon Dore / La Marzocco Linea Micra espresso machine sold out almost immediately in November despite a price of $11,660, equivalent to about £8,810 or AU$16,620. The new AeroPress pair is considerably cheaper, at roughly £190 or AU$360 per item.

AeroPress has not announced release details outside the United States. The launch lands just ahead of International Coffee Day on October 1.
