Alibaba's Qwen Office Integrates with WeChat Work, Covering All Three Major Office Platforms

Alibaba's Qwen Office has integrated with WeChat Work, achieving full support on the three major Chinese office platforms. Users can now manage documents, schedules, and meetings via WeChat Work through Qwen Office.

Users can now access Qwen Office through the connector, complete account authorization and configuration as prompted, and directly use WeChat Work capabilities via conversation, such as reading smart tables, creating and editing documents, sending notifications, checking schedules, scheduling meetings, and creating to-do items. The feature is currently available on the web version, with a client entry point to be launched soon.

For example, an operations manager at a chain restaurant can ask Qwen Office to read store operation data from WeChat Work smart tables, organize pending issues, generate daily reports, and assign tasks to relevant personnel. Similarly, a sales manager can use Qwen Office to check team members' availability, schedule review meetings, and invite participants.

Qwen Office began public testing on August 3 and is positioned for enterprise-level office scenarios. It is the industry's first product to support desktop agents, cloud agents, and enterprise collaboration agents. In addition to the three domestic office platforms, Qwen Office has also integrated with Slack, expanding its coverage in global enterprise collaboration scenarios.

Currently, both individual and enterprise users can experience Qwen Office via its official website (qwenwork.cn). In the future, a standalone mobile app and an international version are planned to cover more office scenarios.
