Amazon cuts 512GB Samsung Galaxy S26 by 25% for Prime Day, deal ends tonight

Amazon has cut the 512GB Samsung Galaxy S26 to $899.99, a 25% Prime Day discount, with the deal ending tonight, Android Authority reported.

Android Authority reported on Oct. 7, 2026, that the Prime Day discount applies to the 512GB storage version of Samsung's current compact flagship. The phone includes 12GB of RAM, which the report said helps keep apps moving smoothly and provides room for photos, videos, games, and downloads. The compact design is intended to offer high-end phone features without pushing buyers into a much larger device, Android Authority said.

Samsung equips the Galaxy S26 with a 6.3-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display and a 120Hz refresh rate. According to Android Authority, the display is designed to make scrolling and video look sharp and fluid.

The camera setup includes a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, a 10MP 3x telephoto camera, and a 12MP front camera for selfies and video calls. The device runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy, Android Authority reported.

The Galaxy S26 launched in early 2026, keeping it a fresh device on the market. Android Authority said early impressions describe it as a strong all-around Android phone, and it holds a 4.5-star review rating.

The discount is being offered as a Prime Day deal, and Android Authority said it ends tonight. The report framed the $899.99 price for the 512GB model as a reason to pay attention, especially because it applies to a current flagship with a large storage option.
