Amazon cuts $600 off Samsung's 2025 flagship HW-Q990F soundbar package
Amazon has cut $600 from Samsung's 2025 flagship HW-Q990F soundbar package, taking the 11.1.4-channel home theater set from $1,819.99 to $1,219.99, a 33% discount.
The HW-Q990F is designed for buyers who want a large, room-filling upgrade in movie and television sound without moving to a full AV receiver and separate speaker system. The package uses an 11.1.4-channel layout and ships with the main soundbar, a wireless subwoofer and dedicated rear speakers in the box. It also supports Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, the formats used for surround and height effects in films, series and games.
Samsung positions the set as its 2025 flagship home-theater soundbar package, aimed at a premium cinema-at-home experience. According to Android Authority, the sound is known for being powerful and spacious, with particularly strong Atmos playback, convincing surround effects and solid bass impact. Compared with the earlier version, the model is described as more of a refinement, with tuning and bass performance receiving the main attention.
The package includes Samsung features such as Q-Symphony, along with wireless streaming and smart connectivity options including HDMI eARC, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The Amazon bundle adds a 6 Year Amber Protection Plan, which extends coverage beyond the standard purchase period.
At $1,219.99, the discount lowers the cost of entry for a high-end soundbar package. Android Authority listed the offer as available through Amazon at the reduced price.
