Amazon Cuts Prices on Dreame D20 Air Plus and L40s Ultra AE Robot Vacuums

Amazon has discounted the Dreame D20 Air Plus to an all-time low $227.99 and the Dreame L40s Ultra AE to $569.49, Android Authority reported on Sept. 21, 2026.

The D20 Air Plus is down from its $349.99 recommended retail price, saving $122, or 35%. Android Authority described the price as an all-time low for a model that includes an auto-empty dock. The vacuum and mop is positioned as a budget-friendly 2-in-1 option focused on daily cleaning essentials rather than premium extras.

The D20 Air Plus offers strong suction, app-based mapping, and scheduling. For mopping, it uses a sensor-controlled 280 mL water tank with adjustable water flow, which Android Authority said is handy for light floor cleaning. Its compact, lower-profile design is intended to fit smaller homes or apartments. The model is built for dependable navigation and solid pickup on hard floors, with hands-off dustbin emptying at the dock. Its mop pad is better suited to refreshing floors than deep scrubbing, consistent with its role as an everyday cleaner.

The L40s Ultra AE is down to $569.49 from its $729.99 retail price, saving $160, or 22%. Android Authority said the price is not the lowest seen this year but is still a strong drop for a robot vacuum and mop designed for daily cleaning. The model is part of Dreame’s lower-priced L40s line, though it includes features that resemble those on pricier options.

The L40s Ultra AE offers around 19,000 Pa of suction and an anti-tangle brush design for hair and everyday dirt. For mopping, it uses dual rotating mop pads and includes edge-cleaning features meant to help along walls and in corners. Its dock handles auto-emptying, mop washing, hot-air drying, and refilling the robot’s water supply. It also uses AI-backed obstacle avoidance with RGB vision and 3D sensing to move around common objects in the home.

Android Authority said the L40s Ultra AE deal is aimed at shoppers who want strong hard-floor cleaning and a more automated setup without moving to Dreame’s top-tier prices. The D20 Air Plus deal, meanwhile, is presented as an option for buyers who want automatic emptying and vacuum-and-mop cleaning at a lower cost.
