Engadget compared the Apple iPhone Duo and Motorola Razr Ultra, noting that the Duo costs $2,000 and ships October 23, while the Razr Ultra costs $1,500. The Duo opens to a 7.6-inch iPad-like display and is expected to use Apple's A20 Pro chip, while the Razr Ultra has a 7-inch candybar-style internal screen, Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, and 16GB of RAM. Both have two rear cameras, with the Duo at 48MP and the Ultra at 50MP; the Ultra also has a 50MP front camera, while the Duo has a 12MP front camera and an additional under-screen internal camera. Engadget said the Ultra lasted 31 hours in video testing and that the Duo has an IP68 rating versus the Ultra's IP48. The comparison concluded that price, software, and use case would likely decide buyers.
