Amazon's October Prime Day Cuts Chargers, Trackers and Smart Plugs Below $50
Amazon's October Prime Day sale runs until 3 a.m. ET on Oct. 8, 2026, with dozens of accessories, trackers and smart home devices discounted to $50 or less, according to a roundup by The Verge.
Anker's Nano 45W charger, which has a single USB-C port, foldable prongs and a front-facing display showing charge level and power flow, was listed at $23.99 on Amazon against a list price of $39.99, and at $25.99 through Anker itself. Anker's Zolo MagSafe power bank, a 10,000mAh unit offering 7.5W wireless charging and 30W wired charging over USB-C, was listed at $34.99, down from $49.99.
Several location and tracking products also appeared in the roundup. The Ridge Tracker Card, a 1.55-millimeter-thick card compatible with iOS and Android that recharges wirelessly through MagSafe or Qi, was listed at $32.99 from $39. Life360's Tile Tracker, which the roundup says can locate belongings from up to 350 feet away, was listed at $19 from $24.99; The Verge noted that SOS alerts require Life360's Gold subscription at $14.99 a month.
In smart home hardware, TP-Link's Tapo Matter-certified smart plug mini was listed at $7.99 from $19.99. Amazon's fifth-generation Echo Dot was listed at $39.99 from $79.99 at Amazon, Best Buy and Target, and the 2023 Fire TV Stick 4K Max was listed at $44.99 from $59.99 at the same three retailers. The roundup cited the Fire TV Stick's Wi-Fi 6E support and doubled storage, and the Echo Dot's use as an extender for Eero Wi-Fi systems.
A bundle pairing Blink's battery-powered video doorbell at 2K resolution with an outdoor camera carried a list price of $149.98 and was listed at $27.99 on Amazon. Black & Decker's Dustbuster handheld vacuum was listed at $42.43 from $59.99, and HOTO's compact rechargeable electric screwdriver, supplied with 12 magnetic tips, was listed at $37.99 from $59.99.
Audio and personal items were included as well. Loop's Quiet 2 earplugs, which the roundup says provide up to 24dB of noise reduction and ship with four eartip sizes, were listed at $19.95 from $24.95 on Amazon and at $24.95 through Loop. JBL's Go 4 Bluetooth speaker was listed at $34.95 from $49.95, with the roundup citing up to seven hours of runtime, dual-device connectivity and an IP67 water and dust resistance rating. EasySMX's S10 controller, described as a lower-cost alternative for the Switch 2 with HD rumble, amiibo support and remote wake, was listed at $39.89 in black from $59.99, and at $44.99 in white for Prime members.
Two other items appeared in the list: a 412-piece LEGO Star Wars set of the Mandalorian's reconstructed N-1 Starfighter, including minifigures of Din Djarin, Grogu and Peli Motto, listed at $41.99 from $59.99; and VidaBay's NFC E-Paper Fridge Magnet, a small magnetic digital photo frame using a color E Ink screen developed for electronic shelf labels, listed at $29.99 on Amazon and at $30.99 from $35.99 through VidaBay, with a three-pack at $88.99 from $99.99.
The Verge said the discounts run until 3 a.m. ET on Oct. 8, 2026, that it had separately compiled a set of deals under $25, and that its main roundup would continue to be updated with prices and stock through the evening.
