Anker's foldable 3-in-1 charger brings 25W Qi2 charging to travel-friendly form
Anker’s new foldable 3-in-1 wireless charger delivers 25W Qi2 charging for iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods in a pocket-sized design, according to 9to5Mac.
The Anker Prime Qi2 25W Foldable 3-in-1 Wireless Charger folds flat and weighs roughly the same as an iPhone 17 Pro Max, making it small enough for a pocket or a travel bag. It is certified to the Qi2.2 standard, enabling up to 25 watts of MagSafe charging, well above the 7.5-watt limit that limited many earlier third-party MagSafe chargers. Anker says the charger can bring an iPhone 17 Pro to 50 percent in 26 minutes, up to five times faster than a standard 5-watt wireless charger, though actual speeds depend on the iPhone model and temperature.
To manage the heat that comes with faster wireless charging, Anker built in what it calls AirCool temperature control. The system runs at 19 decibels and is designed to keep the phone below 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit while maintaining the full 25-watt output, which the company says helps protect long-term battery health.
The charger pairs a MagSafe puck for the iPhone with an MFi-certified Apple Watch charger and a base pad for AirPods. That allows all three devices to be powered through a single cable and wall adapter. Anker includes a 45-watt USB-C wall plug and a five-foot USB-C to USB-C cable in the box. The charger accepts 110V to 220V input, so it can be used internationally without a separate voltage converter.
9to5Mac said the folding design addresses the main reason people often leave charging stands at home when traveling: they do not pack well. The reviewer found the charger quiet and said the included wall adapter is a practical addition. The product is available from Amazon and Anker's website.
