Apple Arcade adds Pusheen's Place, Terraria+, and three more games on October 1

Apple Arcade will add five games on Oct. 1, including Pusheen's Place, the cartoon cat's first game, plus Terraria+ and other titles.

Apple announced the additions as part of its monthly update to the subscription service, which offers more than 200 games with no ads or in-app purchases for $6.99 per month or through the Apple One bundle.

In Pusheen's Place, players collect and care for more than 100 Pusheen variations. They can play minigames such as Snack Stack and Parfait Pop, and decorate rooms for characters like Pusheenicorn and Pancake Pusheen. The developers said they will continue to add more Pusheens, decor themes, games, and features over time.

The other games joining Apple Arcade are Terraria+, a sandbox action-adventure; River City Survivors, a zombie-survival action game; Touchgrind BMX 2+, a physics-based BMX stunt game; and 4 Pics 1 Word+, a puzzle title that Apple says has reached more than 400 million players worldwide.

The titles with a '+' sign are existing App Store games receiving special Arcade versions that remove ads and in-app purchases. In contrast, Pusheen's Place and River City Survivors are brand-new games not previously available on the App Store.
