Apple TV 4K and HomeView Pre-Order Shipping Slips to Late November as Retailers Add Discounts

Apple's new Apple TV 4K and HomeView pre-orders now show late-November delivery, while Amazon and Best Buy add early discounts.

On the online Apple Store in the US, new orders for the fourth-generation Apple TV 4K now quote delivery between November 23 and November 27. HomeView orders show November 20 for the Silver and Starlight models, while other colors still list November 13. Depending on location, in-store pickup may remain available for launch day even as deliveries slip. Amazon is still offering launch-day delivery for the Apple TV 4K, HomeView, and the new Apple TV Siri Remote. Amazon lists HomeView at a discounted $289. Because launch day is still nearly a month away, Apple's pre-order ship dates may slip further in the weeks ahead.

The only new product introduced this week that still offers launch-day delivery from Apple is the HomePod mini 2, which arrives earlier on October 30. Best Buy, which is carrying the HomePod mini 2 while Amazon is not, is offering double rewards on pre-orders for My Best Buy Plus and My Best Buy Total members. The offer is valid through October 30, 2026, at 7:59 a.m. CT for both new and existing members. It is not a direct cash discount, but it may be a better overall deal for members who hold Best Buy credit or gift cards, compared with pre-ordering directly from Apple.

HomeView pre-order discounts at Amazon have expanded to additional colors. The device comes in Starlight, Silver, Space Gray, and Rose Pink. The Starlight model has returned to full price, but the Silver, Space Gray, and Rose Pink models are listed at $289.99, down from the regular $299. The Space Gray price had already been spotted, while the Silver and Rose Pink discounts are the first tracked by 9to5Mac.

Apple's new Apple TV Siri Remote is listed at $59, its standard price, rather than a discount. 9to5Mac reported that deals on the remote are likely to be rare and that buying it separately costs less than purchasing a new Apple TV 4K that includes the same remote. The fourth-generation Siri Remote is compatible with the new Apple TV 4th Gen, Apple TV HD, and the previous-generation Apple TV 4K.

Other Apple deals are also live. Amazon has the AirPods Pro 3 at $199, down from $249, and the AirPods Max 2 at $429, down from $549. For Macs, Amazon is offering the base 2026 M5 Max Mac Studio with 36GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD at $2,299 shipped, a $200 discount and the lowest price Amazon has offered for that configuration. B&H is offering the upgraded 2026 M5 Max Mac Studio with 36GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD at $2,579 shipped, $220 off the regular $2,799 configuration price. Amazon is also offering the 14-inch M5 Pro MacBook Pro with 24GB of RAM and 2TB of storage at $600 off the list price.
