Apple TV's Brothers Premieres With McConaughey and Harrelson Playing Themselves

The story begins after Harrelson's character decides to move his family to McConaughey's Texas ranch when his daughter's wedding falls apart. The stay initially appears to help Harrelson and his family heal, but the plot shifts when McConaughey's mother, Ma Mac, played by Holland Taylor, reveals a decades-old family secret. The disclosure raises the possibility that the pair share more than a sibling-like bond, sending Harrelson's character searching for the truth and disrupting McConaughey's run for governor of Texas.

Brothers is exclusive to Apple TV, so it is not available on free streaming services, TechRadar reported. New users can access a seven-day Apple TV free trial. People who have recently bought an Apple device may be offered a trial of up to three months. After any trial, the Apple TV Plus subscription costs $14.99, £9.99, CA$14.99 or AU$15.99 per month, depending on the market.

Viewers who are away from home may find regional restrictions block the service. TechRadar said downloading a VPN can change a user's IP address and allow them to stream on-demand content or live TV as if they were at home. The publication named NordVPN as its top choice and said it regularly reviews VPN providers.

The first two episodes, 'On the Road' and 'The Hunt,' were released on September 23. 'Little Woody' follows on September 30, with 'The Band' on October 7, 'Valentine's Day' on October 14, 'The Dance' on October 21, 'The Interview' on October 28, and 'On the Road Again.Again' on November 4. The season has eight episodes in total.

The cast includes McConaughey and Harrelson as themselves, Natalie Martinez as Valentina McConaughey, Brittany Ishibashi as Joy Harrelson, Holland Taylor as Ma Mac and Dax Shepard as himself. Despite their similar Texas drawls and resemblance, Harrelson and McConaughey are not real-life brothers. TechRadar reported that they share a sibling-like friendship.
