ATV Launcher v0.1.41 adds ten Arrangements layouts, in-row widgets, new folder and tile options, a modular status bar, and a free clock widget companion app for Android TV.

The Arrangements feature offers ten fixed row layouts, including Spotlight, Bookends, Centre Stage, Marquee, and Hero Trio. Android Authority reported that these layouts combine double-sized highlight tiles with traditional horizontal and vertical scrolling rows. Users can also add widgets inside app rows through a tile's context menu. Supported widgets include Weather, Digital Clock, System Info, Favorite App, Watch Next, Recommended, and standard Android system widgets where device firmware allows them.

The developer also launched ATV Launcher Digital Clock Widgets, a separate free companion pack with 15 clock styles, including Halo, Masthead, Orbit, Departure, and Meridian. The update expands visual options for folders, which can now show their contents through Grid, Banner Grid, or Mosaic previews.

An upgraded Configure Tile dialog adds a live preview interface with seven looks for apps and nine for folders. It also supports custom banner assignments and color, gradient, or image backgrounds with variable transparency. Watch Next and Recommended cards now receive edge-to-edge artwork, progress bars, configurable app-source filters, and badge options.

The release includes a fully modular status bar. Users can toggle and reorder icons, choose floating or fixed placement, select full-width or boxed-pill styles, and switch TV inputs directly from the bar. The developer announced the update on Reddit, according to Android Authority.

ATV Launcher is one of the tools Android TV users turn to when they want to replace ad-heavy, recommendation-bloated interfaces, according to Android Authority. The v0.1.41 release continues the developer's update momentum after v0.1.40 introduced a layout editor.
