Baidu World 2026 to Focus on Intelligent Organizations, Agents and AI Adoption
Baidu will hold Baidu World 2026 on Nov. 12, with more than 10 sub-forums on intelligent organizations, agents, AI office work and industry applications; Robin Li will deliver a keynote.
The sub-forums are grouped around three directions: AI-driven organizational leap, AI office and knowledge work, and technology, industry and ecosystem. The program is designed to give enterprises and developers practical references for building intelligent organizations as AI adoption moves from single-point tools and business-scenario efficiency toward organizational restructuring.
At the sub-forum titled Organizational Evolution: AI-Driven Organizational Leap, Baidu will share its internal practices and latest results in intelligent organization building. The discussion is set to cover job-boundary restructuring, the organizational looping flywheel, AI asset accumulation and agent security, and ways to raise the talent ceiling. Another sub-forum, Agents Take Root in R&D and Production: From Using AI to Becoming an AI Company, will focus on the agent foundation, data and knowledge, scenario selection, and organization and talent, while presenting cases of AI-native companies.
Baidu will also use several forums to discuss how agents and digital humans move from personal efficiency to team and organizational productivity. The Beijing stop of Buddies in Progress will examine how agents move from the office desk to the production line, covering general agent trends, enterprise applications and ecosystem building, and Baidu Buddy's use in personal office work, team collaboration and corporate business. Super Intelligence, Global Onboarding will look at the evolution of super individuals and super organizations, the reshaping of organizational collaboration by enterprise agents, and globalization opportunities for AI office work. A digital human forum will focus on upgrades to digital human agents in brand marketing, cross-border operations, after-sales service and corporate training, presenting how digital humans can become dispatchable, reusable productivity within an intelligent organization.
Industry-specific sessions will cover embodied intelligence, marketing and gaming. The embodied intelligence forum will discuss world models, multimodal embodied cognition, physical reasoning, embodied brains, behavior understanding and simulation interaction, with the aim of moving embodied intelligence from scenario validation to scalable industrial applications. The marketing forum will address a full-cycle closed loop of insight, creativity and optimization, including digital humans that increase advertising content production efficiency by 10 times, AI digital employees that help reuse marketing experience across an organization, and algorithms that turn budget allocation from experience-based decisions into more deterministic growth. The gaming forum, held with leading AI game teams, will cover game development, AI NPCs and intelligent security, as large models and agents reshape development workflows and are integrated into character interaction and gameplay design.
Frontier technology sessions will focus on RSI and AI4S. The RSI forum will share trends in self-evolving agents and explore applications in materials R&D, chip design, quantum computing and controlled nuclear fusion, as well as the value and limits of self-improving systems in complex scientific and engineering problems. The AI4S forum will focus on AI for Science and AI for Healthcare, covering the use of computing power, cloud, large models and agents in scientific research, life sciences and the full drug development process.
Beyond the sub-forums, Baidu World 2026 will include one main forum, more than 30 AI open classes and a 6,000-square-meter AI exhibition area. Baidu founder Robin Li will deliver a keynote at the opening ceremony on the evolution of intelligent organizations. Baidu will also release its latest progress in chip, cloud, model and agent full-stack AI, according to the report. Registration is open through the event's official website and mini program, with VIP, premium, all-access and free ticket types.
