TechRadar's buying advice says the SER8 fits users who want solid performance without taking up much desk space. TechRadar advised skipping the machine for workloads that need a dedicated graphics card for demanding 3D work, because the Radeon 780M is capable integrated graphics but not a substitute for a powerful discrete GPU.
