Best Buy 60th anniversary sale: reMarkable Paper Pro tablets and Dell 2K touchscreen laptop get big discounts

The 11.8-inch reMarkable Paper Pro is now $699, down from $799, and the 7.3-inch reMarkable Paper Pro Move is $469, down from $569. Both bundles include the Marker Plus stylus; the full-size Paper Pro adds a Premium Leather Book Folio, while the Move includes a Mosaic Weave Book Folio. The Paper Pro features an 11.8-inch 2160 x 1620 color display, 64GB storage, Wi-Fi and USB-C charging. The Move has a 7.3-inch 1696 x 954 color e-ink display, 64GB storage, 2GB RAM, USB-C charging, Wi-Fi and up to two weeks of battery life.

TechRadar's hardware editor uses the reMarkable line every day for digital notes, and the publication described the devices as some of the best e-ink handwriting tablets tested. In a four-star review of the Paper Pro, expert Philip called it "a luxury tablet" that is "incredibly well-built" with a premium finish. He gave the Paper Pro Move five stars, describing it as "the rare gadget that gives me exactly what I wished for" and noting that it is thin, lightweight and comfortable to hold, even fitting into the back pocket of his jeans.

Best Buy has cut $100 off both models, and TechRadar noted that neither exact bundle has been seen for less. The Move remains $230 cheaper, making it the more accessible option for handwritten notes on the go, while the full-size Paper Pro offers a much larger working area for PDFs, sketches and note-taking. The choice between them largely comes down to screen size versus portability. The Paper Pro suits creators, students and professionals who expect to spend long periods working at a desk and need room for detailed work. The Move, at 7.3 inches and 8.16 ounces, is easier to carry and small enough to slip into a bag or large jacket pocket. Both devices convert handwriting to text, support searchable handwritten notes, cloud syncing, a paper-like color display and a two-week battery life. However, TechRadar cautions that neither tablet should be treated as a conventional Android or iPad-style tablet, as they lack apps, video streaming, games and social media, which is central to their focused appeal.

Separately, Dell's 15.6-inch 2K touchscreen laptop is available at Best Buy for $599.99, a $500 discount from its regular price of $1,099.99. The laptop pairs a 13th Gen Intel Core i7-1355U processor with 10 cores that can boost to 5GHz, 16GB DDR5-4400 memory and a 512GB PCIe SSD. Its 15.6-inch IPS touchscreen and dedicated numeric keypad make it particularly useful for spreadsheets, accounting and other business or college work involving numbers. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, USB-C 3.2, USB-A 3.2, USB-A 2.0, HDMI 1.4, an SD card reader and a headphone jack. At 4.28 pounds, it is reasonably portable for a full-size laptop, though TechRadar describes it as more of an everyday workhorse than an ultraportable.

TechRadar said the Dell laptop's combination of a Core i7 processor, 16GB DDR5 RAM and a 512GB SSD gives it a well-balanced specification for everyday use, and the touchscreen adds another way to navigate Windows. The main compromise is Intel UHD integrated graphics, which are fine for productivity but not for demanding gaming, 3D rendering or GPU-heavy creative workloads. The 220-nit display is also relatively modest in brightness, especially outdoors or in brightly lit rooms, and there is no backlit keyboard.
