Casio’s Retro-Style F-B100W Smartwatch With Step Counting Goes on Sale Outside Japan

Casio has launched the F-B100W, a retro-styled smartwatch with step counting and phone-finder features, now available in the UK for £55.

The watch retains the traditional Casio aesthetic, featuring a familiar LCD screen and a resin band. It links with a companion app on Android or iOS, allowing users to adjust watch settings and use a phone-finder function that makes a paired phone ring when misplaced.

Step tracking is built into the device, letting wearers set daily goals and monitor progress either on the watch’s own screen or through the mobile app. The F-B100W also includes calendar, timer, stopwatch tools, and a dual world time display covering around 300 cities. Its replaceable battery is expected to last a couple of years.

The watch is priced at £55 in the UK and comes in black or green. TechRadar notes that it has not yet appeared on Casio’s US store, but based on similar models it is likely to be priced around $95. The watch does not appear to be sold directly in Australia.

Early reactions on Reddit have been positive. One commenter called it “a watch I’d actually buy,” citing the retro aesthetic, while another wrote “oh man that’s absolutely beautiful.”
