Chargers vs Chiefs Week 6: Winless Los Angeles Faces Undefeated Kansas City

TechRadar lists free Chargers-Chiefs options, though its TVNZ location differs between headline and body.

Kick-off is scheduled for 3:25 p.m. CT local time in Kansas City, according to TechRadar, which converts that to 1:25 p.m. PT, 4:25 p.m. ET and 9:25 p.m. BST. The outlet said the game is set for 7:25 a.m. AEDT on Monday, Oct. 19, in Australia.

The matchup pits a Chargers team in the worst run of Jim Harbaugh's career against a Chiefs team that is 4-0 and coming off a bye. TechRadar said Los Angeles has had the better of the recent AFC West rivalry, including a sweep of Kansas City last season. A repeat would be a major upset, the outlet said, after the Chargers lost to Denver last week despite leading 17-10 in the fourth quarter. Harbaugh went for it on fourth-and-1 at Los Angeles' own 41-yard line, Justin Herbert was stopped, and Herbert later committed two turnovers that TechRadar said gave the game away. The report said no one has given up more interceptions in the 2026 season and that only so much of the blame can go to the Chargers' offensive line.

TechRadar also noted a possible opening for Los Angeles: Kansas City has recorded only four sacks this season, all in its opening game, the joint-lowest total in the NFL. It cited Patrick Mahomes' brilliance but said that pass-rush figure offers the Chargers a glimmer of hope.

In the United States, TechRadar said the game is being shown on CBS and Paramount+. It listed Paramount+ at $8.99 per month or $89.99 per year and said a Walmart Plus 30-day trial for $1 can provide virtual access. YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV, DirecTV Stream and the Fubo Sports + News plan also carry CBS, according to the report. In the UK, the game is available on Sky Sports Football and through NFL Game Pass on DAZN, TechRadar said; Sky Sports packages start at £35 per month, with £22 per month for existing Sky customers, and DAZN's NFL Game Pass starts at £18.99 per month on an annual commitment or £89 for the rest of the season if paid upfront, and said it live-streams every game bar London fixtures plus RedZone. In Canada, the game is on DAZN, TSN1 and TSN3, the report said, with DAZN starting at CA$24.99 per month and TSN+ at CA$24.99 per month or CA$249.99 per year.

TechRadar promoted IPVanish as a way to unlock streams while traveling abroad, saying the VPN can make a device appear to be in the user's home country. It listed IPVanish at $2.49 per month with up to 83% off and said it unlocks 7Plus and TVNZ Plus. The article also said most broadcasters, including Seven Network and TVNZ, offer streaming through mobile apps or phone browsers.

The teams have met 132 times previously, according to TechRadar, with Kansas City winning 71, Los Angeles 60 and one game ending level.
