Czechia and Croatia open 2026/27 Nations League as free and paid streaming options confirmed

Czechia host Croatia in their 2026/27 Nations League opener on Sept. 26. Free streams are available on CT Sport, Nova TV and Tubi in the US, with paid options including Prime Video, DAZN and beIN Sports.

TechRadar reported the game will air for free on CT Sport in Czechia and Nova TV in Croatia. In the United States, it will also stream on the Fubo Sports Network channel on Tubi. Viewers outside their home countries can use a VPN to unblock their free streams, and TechRadar recommends NordVPN, which it says is available with up to 75% off.

For US viewers, TechRadar said the match can be watched via FuboTV with its Pro plan, which costs from $88.99 per month but is currently offered at $63.99 for the first month; a free 5-day trial is also available. Alternatively, the game can be streamed free on the Fubo Sports Network channel via Tubi.

In the UK, Prime Video will carry Czechia vs Croatia on a pay-per-view basis for £2.49. In Canada, DAZN will show the match through its soccer package, starting at CA$24.99 per month. In Australia, beIN Sports will broadcast the game, with subscriptions starting at $16.99 per month and a 7-day free trial currently available. TechRadar said viewers away from home can use a VPN to access their accounts.

The start time is 7.45pm BST / 2.45pm ET / 11.45am PT on Saturday, Sept. 26. That is 4.45am AEST on Sunday, Sept. 27 in Australia.

Croatia have never lost to Czechia, according to TechRadar. In six meetings over the last 30 years, Croatia have won three and drawn three. The teams met in 2025 World Cup qualifying, when Croatia won 5-1 at home before a 0-0 draw in Czechia.

Both sides entered the Nations League opener after a lacklustre run at this summer's World Cup. Croatia exited in the round of 32, a result below par for a team featuring Luka Modric, Josko Gvardiol and Mateo Kovacic. Modric is still playing at 41, and TechRadar said this may be his last chance to secure glory for his country. Czechia finished with one point and were technically one of the worst teams at the World Cup. Spanish coach Santi Denia is now in charge of the rebuild and will be keen to start well, especially on home soil.
