Damao Technology, Fujian Zhisuan Ark Partner for Full-Stack Computing-Electricity Services at Changle AI Center

Damao Technology and Fujian Zhisuan Ark have partnered to deliver full-stack computing-electricity services for the 15,000P first phase of the Changle AI computing center, a planned green benchmark on China's southeastern coast.

The reports said the Changle center, an important project by Fujian Zhisuan Ark in the digital economy, integrates data storage, computing analysis and application enablement. Its first phase plans a computing scale of 15,000 P. Upon completion, it will fill the gap in high-end intelligent computing supply in southeastern China and provide computing support for digital transformation in scientific research, finance, manufacturing, healthcare and other industries in Fujian and South China. Benefiting from the airport bonded zone's unique location, the project will deepen digital collaboration between Fujian and Hong Kong and Taiwan, drive regional digital industry clustering and inject momentum into the high-quality development of Fuzhou New Area's digital economy.

Under the partnership, Damao Technology will leverage its full-chain technical accumulation and full-cycle project delivery experience to provide integrated services from construction consulting to operation value-added services. The full-lifecycle service chain includes construction consulting, full-process technical management, deployment of the computing-electricity collaboration platform, operation of the computing-electricity collaborative energy storage station, and intelligent operation and maintenance.

During the construction phase, Damao will participate in design review, construction control and completion acceptance. The company said it will embed computing-electricity collaboration planning, scheme design and economic evaluation before construction, ensuring that the energy storage system, power supply and distribution architecture, and computing power layout match the project's intelligent operation and revenue optimization requirements from the outset while meeting engineering quality and safety standards.

For operations, the project will deploy Damao's computing-electricity collaboration platform, which uses an energy large model and multi-agent technology. The platform supports intelligent operations such as peak shaving and valley filling, backup power assurance, demand response, auxiliary services, energy efficiency optimization, demand control and auxiliary spot trading. It seeks to maximize load-side regulation value while safeguarding computing power service-level agreements and equipment safety, improving operational efficiency and business returns.

In the maintenance phase, Damao will provide professional, intelligent and digital operation and maintenance services for the project's energy storage station. Through real-time data monitoring and intelligent analysis, it will ensure the safe and stable operation of storage batteries, power conversion systems and energy management systems, unlocking the commercial value of the storage assets.

As an early mover in China's computing-electricity collaboration industry, Damao Technology said it has completed practical verification in multiple intelligent computing center scenarios nationwide, developing full-lifecycle service capability from consulting planning and investment estimation to intelligent operation, refined maintenance and value-added services. The Fujian deal represents an important milestone for expanding its computing-electricity collaboration model to South China, the company said. It will continue to support green and efficient upgrades of intelligent computing infrastructure and drive the transformation of electricity from a computing cost unit into a value fulcrum for tokens.
