DJI Power 1000 V2 Drops to $399.98 on Amazon, TechRadar Reports
TechRadar: DJI Power 1000 V2 is $399.98 on Amazon, down from a usual $699, with 1,024Wh capacity and 2,600W output.
TechRadar said DJI may be less established in portable power than Anker, Bluetti, EcoFlow and Jackery, but its power stations have performed impressively in the outlet’s tests. The publication said the Power 1000 V2 is particularly suited to drone operators who need to charge multiple devices on the move, and to homeowners seeking backup power for appliances, electronics and outdoor equipment. It also said the unit can be used on camping trips and RV travels.
The power station has a 1,024Wh lithium iron phosphate battery and 2,600W continuous AC output. According to DJI, the battery is rated for 4,000 charge cycles while retaining at least 80% of its original capacity. TechRadar reported DJI’s claim that the battery can recharge from empty to 80% in 37 minutes and to full in about 56 minutes under suitable conditions.
The unit has two AC outlets, two USB-A ports and two USB-C ports that can each deliver up to 140W. It also includes SDC and SDC Lite ports for charging DJI drones. DJI lists a UPS function with about 10ms switching time, noise levels as low as 26dB for overnight use and up to five years of warranty coverage.
The report gave differing prior-price figures: one line described the unit as $400, reduced from $600, while another said it was $399.98, down from a usual $699, a saving of $299.02, or about 43%. TechRadar’s reviewer said it was the lowest price he had personally seen for this model.
TechRadar said the 2,600W output gives the unit flexibility and the fast recharge time reduces how long it must remain connected to mains power. It also noted that the 1,024Wh capacity limits how long the station can run large household appliances during an extended outage.
