Doubao 'Work Tasks' Adds Dual Modes for Local PC and Cloud PC

Doubao's 'Work Tasks' feature now supports local PC and cloud PC modes, allowing users to run tasks flexibly and access cloud progress via mobile or desktop.

The cloud PC provides an independent cloud-based working environment. Even without a physical computer at hand, users can remotely control the cloud PC via their mobile phones to complete tasks such as creating or editing PowerPoint presentations. This mode is also suitable for time-consuming and resource-intensive work, including data collection and research scenarios like industry information sorting, literature reviews, and recruitment information analysis; batch file processing such as PDF format conversion, Excel data merging and cleaning, audio and video transcoding, and subtitle extraction; and long-cycle tasks like scheduled monitoring of product prices and financial market information.

Previously, the local PC mode of Doubao's 'Work Tasks' already supported remote operation via mobile phones, and introduced an exclusive virtual desktop feature on Windows systems.
