Dropbox outage: Website down, mobile app reportedly affected too
Dropbox is experiencing an outage, with the website degraded and users also reporting mobile app issues. The company says it is working on a fix.
The company's status site said the website was experiencing degraded performance, while the mobile app remained operational. Dropbox said it was working on a fix. According to Android Authority, hundreds of users reporting on Downdetector said the mobile app was also experiencing problems, including no access to files on the iPhone app and inability to upload files.
The publication said it would update its article once service appeared to be back online.
