Four Chinese models each exceeded 10 trillion tokens in the week to Sept. 18, with DeepSeek's two Flash models and Tencent's Hy4 preview close to half of domestic usage, the AGI Market Watch says.
The weekly report tracks token consumption on OpenRouter alongside vendors' published prices and Arena benchmark scores, and covers usage, share, concentration, price and value for money. DeepSeek cut prices for its V4 Flash and V4.1 Flash models on Sept. 10, and weekly usage of V4.1 Flash rose 483.62% afterward, lifting it to second place from ninth. Tencent's Hy4 preview ranked third with 12.01 trillion tokens and a 15.54% share, with its value-for-money ranking unchanged from the previous period.
Four models passed the 10-trillion-token mark, all of them lightweight Flash or Flash-class systems: DeepSeek V4 Flash at 14.59 trillion, DeepSeek V4.1 Flash at 12.93 trillion, Tencent Hy4 preview at 12.01 trillion and Zhipu AI's GLM 5.3 Flash at 11.62 trillion. Shanghai Innovation Institute's Nex-N2.5 Pro and Alibaba's Qwen3.8 Flash entered the Top 15 for the first time.

The four leading models accounted for about 66% of the total, the top three for nearly half and the top five for more than three-quarters, leaving the concentration pattern at the top of the market unchanged.
Among the Top 15 models, the gap between the highest and lowest price per million tokens was 38.75 yuan, the same as the previous period. Xiaomi's MiMo-V2.5 was the cheapest at 1.25 yuan and Moonshot's Kimi K3 the most expensive at 40 yuan. On benchmark task cost, Tencent's Hy3 was lowest at 0.308 yuan per benchmark task, followed by DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, MiniMax M3 and GLM 5.3 Flash, which the report placed in the same value band.
