Galaxy S27 Pro leaked renders show iPhone-style camera plateau, no S Pen slot
Galaxy S27 Pro leak: shared camera design with Ultra, no S Pen slot, rounder frames.
The renders, reported on Aug. 27, 2026, indicate that Samsung is moving away from its signature vertical camera island on both the S27 Ultra and S27 Pro. Instead, the camera area is expected to resemble the camera plateau seen on Apple's iPhone 17 Pro.
The biggest visible difference between the Pro and Ultra, according to the leaked outlines, is the S Pen slot. The Galaxy S27 Pro is expected to skip the S Pen slot, while the S27 Ultra retains it. The two phones also differ in the positions of the speaker grille and microphone hole, with those elements swapped on the Pro model.
The leak also suggests design refinements across the lineup, including rounder frame edges on the Galaxy S27 Ultra and S27 Pro for an easier grip, and slightly narrower screen bezels on the S27 Plus. The base Galaxy S27 is not expected to receive the camera plateau redesign, according to earlier render leaks.
The exact positioning of the S27 Pro in Samsung's lineup remains unclear, but the shared design language with the Ultra suggests it may serve as a slightly toned-down flagship without the S Pen. Android Authority notes that these are unofficial renders and should be treated as speculation until Samsung reveals official details.
