Galaxy S27 Ultra renders show iPhone-style camera design, tipster says
New leaks of the Galaxy S27 Ultra show an iPhone-like camera plateau, hinting at possible copycat claims and Qi2 magnet support.
The images, which Dickson shared on X, depict a camera bump that stretches across the back of the phone, resembling the camera housing on the iPhone 17 Pro. The design includes a pill-shaped cutout on the plateau, ostensibly for a secondary camera and flash, along with a circular cutout on the rear cover that points to integrated magnets for Qi2 wireless charging and accessories. Although Apple was not the first to use a wide camera plateau—Xiaomi and others adopted it years ago—the similarity is hard to ignore.
Dickson also claimed that the Galaxy S27 Ultra will be available in two different sizes. This aligns with earlier rumors of a Galaxy S27 Pro, potentially a compact flagship that retains several Ultra features. The tipster's reference likely points to that rumored model.
Samsung has not publicly commented on the leaked renders. The Galaxy S27 series is expected to launch early next year, and as with all leaks, the final design may differ from these images.
