Guoxing Intelligent Launches 11 Special Robots; iQOO16 and Pad Ultra Debut with Snapdragon 8 Super Ultimate

At the Guoxing Intelligent event, the company presented products for embodied intelligence, smart inspection, emergency rescue and firefighting. The general managers of Hongtian Co. and Guoxing Intelligent spoke. A Guoxing technical executive explained the new products' technical advantages, R&D concepts and application value, and shared the company's recent work in embodied intelligence, computing integration and intelligent equipment iteration. The sales head then introduced the full product line. According to the company, the products combine high stability with high cost-performance, can meet differentiated operational needs across industries and scenarios, and offer one-stop solutions from equipment deployment and technical commissioning to later operation and maintenance.

Guoxing also signed a project cooperation agreement with the Gao Longxiang team of the Shandong Computing Center, also known as the National Supercomputing Jinan Center, to promote deeper practical application of supercomputing, AI computing power, vision and special robots. It signed four agents to explore market potential and improve its global market layout, with the aim of becoming a leader in the special robot industry.

In a live drill area, Guoxing showed a high-temperature-resistant firefighting robot, an electric explosion-proof four-wheel-drive firefighting robot Pro, an explosion-proof firefighting quadruped robot, a lizard inspection and reconnaissance robot, an ultra-high-speed vortex wind fine water mist firefighting robot, an ultra-high-speed strong wind firefighting robot, an energy storage station inspection and firefighting robot, a rapid-attack firefighting robot and a heavy-load explosion-proof embodied intelligent robot. The 11 new products were demonstrated in built scenarios. Guests watched and experienced a safety prevention and control system that combines human, material and technical defense, the report said.

The smart inspection series introduced at the event has been adapted to power operation and maintenance, large warehouses, nuclear power, oil and gas chemical and other scenarios. It can identify equipment faults, environmental hazards and abnormal working conditions, and carry out all-weather, automatic and no-dead-angle inspection, according to Leiphone. Guoxing said the series helps high-risk industries move from manual inspection to intelligent inspection. The company has long focused on special robots for high-risk, high-intensity and high-difficulty manual work. It said the new products use its accumulated technology and combine supercomputing power with AI embodied intelligence to improve intelligence, environmental adaptability, operational stability and functional integration, addressing shortcomings such as limited task scope, weak adaptability and insufficient precision in traditional special robots. Guoxing said its products and solutions have won industry awards, are used in many scenarios and have entered overseas markets. The event marked a further step in its technology layout for high-risk industries.

In Shenzhen, iQOO launched the iQOO16, which is among the first phones to carry the sixth-generation Snapdragon 8 Super Ultimate Edition, a 2nm flagship chip. iQOO16 product experience officer Pan Zhanle, who had just competed in the 2026 Asian Games, said he had been an iQOO10 user and that the partnership came from a shared pursuit of the last 1 percent. iQOO16 was named the official game phone for the KPL annual finals, and representatives from 16 KPL teams took part in a device swap ceremony. The phone debuts a 2K 165Hz Samsung display jointly developed by iQOO and Samsung Display. The display uses Samsung M16 emitting material and 2K LEAD 2.0 technology, reaches 2,800 nits global peak brightness and consumes 31 percent less power than a same-size 1.5K screen, according to the company. iQOO16 supports more than 100 165Hz applications and 165Hz high-refresh modes in more than 50 popular games. It uses iQOO's Q-flex control technology to reduce touch latency and a self-developed frame synchronization technology to reduce blur in fast motion. iQOO said it calibrates 9.12 million subpixels on every screen and uses 1-nit color restoration for dark scenes.

iQOO described a 3+2 game technology map that combines graphics, control and tuning with cross-platform gaming and game live streaming. The company said it became a mobile game partner of Unreal Engine and will integrate Unreal Engine 5 features such as Lumen and Nanite into its software and hardware planning. The iQOO16 uses the self-developed esports chip Q4, which has a three-core architecture and brings 15 percent higher performance, 19 percent faster cache and 19 percent more AI computing power, according to iQOO. It supports full-scene ray tracing, game super-resolution and super-frame functions. iQOO said it is the first to bring virtual point light technology from consoles to mobile, and it offers an 8K game camera. The phone supports native 165fps and extreme image quality in Honor of Kings, and it carries an ultra-sensing touch chip and a new-generation gyroscope. It supports 165Hz super-frame experience in more than 100 games, has super-resolution and super-frame switches in 11 popular mobile games, 2K original super-resolution in 13 games and concurrent 2K plus 165FPS super-resolution and super-frame in six games. A self-developed PC game emulator supports nearly 100 PC games, and a big-screen game space covers more than 20 mobile games. For live streaming, iQOO provides native high-frame output and original-quality encoding, plus a Honor of Kings live streaming template and smart editing. iQOO worked with Douyin for the third consecutive year on live audio optimization for single-phone streaming. Its flagship esports arena opened on September 28.

The iQOO16 has three colors: Zhuiguang, Legend and Track. The Zhuiguang version uses AG glass and an industry-exclusive laser holographic imaging process. The phone has a 50-megapixel 1/1.3-inch main camera with 79 percent more light intake, CIPA 5.5 stabilization, NICE 3.0 optical reconstruction and vivo's HDR technology. It also has a 50-megapixel Sony periscope telephoto camera and a 50-megapixel low-distortion ultra-wide camera, with 4K Live photo support. It runs OriginOS 7, has an 8,400mAh battery, 100W wired flash charging, an esports network system, N79 band, 3D ultrasonic fingerprint, dual-axis motor, symmetrical dual speakers and IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance. The 12GB+256GB version costs 5,499 yuan after a 500 yuan national subsidy; the 12GB+512GB version is 6,299 yuan; the 16GB+512GB version is 6,999 yuan; and the 16GB+1TB version is 7,999 yuan. It went on sale on September 29 at 20:30 through vivo's official website, JD.com, Tmall, Pinduoduo, Douyin, Kuaishou and offline stores, with up to 24 interest-free installments.

iQOO also introduced the iQOO Pad Ultra, an 8.8-inch tablet with a 165Hz OLED screen. It is the first tablet to carry the sixth-generation Snapdragon 8 Super Ultimate Edition and uses the Q4 esports chip and the new Monster engine. iQOO said the tablet offers the industry's only concurrent full-scene ray tracing, super-resolution and super-frame visual experience. It has a five-layer air-cooling system, a new-generation ultra-sensing touch engine and Q-flex control technology. The tablet weighs 298 grams and is 5.74mm thick, with 2,304 by 1,440 resolution, 93.3 percent screen-to-body ratio, 1,600 nits global brightness and 4,500 nits local peak brightness. It comes in Star Armor Silver and Shadow Black. Pricing is 6,499 yuan for 12GB+256GB; 7,199 yuan for 16GB+256GB; 7,999 yuan for 16GB+512GB; and 8,999 yuan for 16GB+1TB. During the first sale from September 29 to October 5, the 12GB+256GB version is 500 yuan off and starts at 5,499 yuan with national subsidy.
