ICON Closes Series D to Put Titan Robot on Job Sites, Hurd Says
Will Hurd says ICON's Series D round will help the Austin 3-D construction startup put its Titan robot on job sites.
Hurd said the "Titan" robot is poised to reach builders. He made the comments in an interview with Bloomberg's Julie Fine. The interview was published on Oct. 14, 2026.
According to Bloomberg, the Series D round will enable ICON to help put the robot on job sites. ICON is based in Austin and works in 3-D construction. Hurd's role is with the company's government contracting arm.
The Bloomberg segment did not include the size or terms of the funding round.
