Jensen Huang Seen Using Galaxy Z Fold 8 On Stage at All-In Summit

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang was seen using Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold 8 while taking a call from President Donald Trump on stage at the All-In Summit in Los Angeles.

According to Android Authority, which cited Chosun Biz, Huang received the call during the event, put it on speakerphone and turned the handset toward the audience. The screen shown to the crowd was a standard phone call interface running on the Galaxy Z Fold 8, putting the Samsung device in front of attendees and, later, viewers of clips from the summit. Android Authority framed the moment as Huang seemingly picking a side in the foldable wars.

It is the second time Huang has been seen with a Samsung foldable. He was previously spotted using the Galaxy Z Fold 7, which he reportedly received as a gift from the Samsung Electronics chair.

The sighting comes amid a long-running relationship between the two companies. Samsung and Nvidia have collaborated for three decades, and the two are currently partnering on multiple projects, including high-bandwidth memory (HBM).

The foldable segment itself has grown more crowded. Apple recently entered the market with the iPhone Duo, a launch that invited direct comparisons with the Galaxy Z Fold 8. Apple has yet to ship its foldable to customers, while Samsung's competing device has been on sale for a few weeks.

The summit appearance does not establish that the Galaxy Z Fold 8 is Huang's daily device; the report describes him as having been spotted with the phone rather than confirming how he uses it.
