Kuaizi.ai Launches KP Wallet to Unify Video-Commerce AI Cost Management

Kuaizi.ai launches KP, a unified value unit and wallet for video-commerce AI, simplifying multi-model cost management.

The past two years have seen rapid expansion of large-language-model capabilities, covering text, images, video and voice, while agents have entered enterprise production processes. For businesses, choosing the right model for each task, balancing quality and cost, allocating AI budgets across departments, and managing generated content have become pressing issues. In video commerce, a single piece of content can pass through scripting, image generation, video generation, digital humans, dubbing, editing and distribution, often involving different models, computing resources and tools. When usage scales to multiple teams, brands, stores and markets, model routing, account systems and budget management become practical obstacles.

Kuaizi said many enterprises now need to connect several models at once because OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, DeepSeek, GLM and Kimi each have different strengths in reasoning, vision, video, response speed, cost and tool use. While tokens serve as a basic metering unit, they do not map directly to business outcomes. One hundred million tokens can carry different costs, quality and processing efficiency across models and tasks. Image and video generation, agent execution and KOC distribution mobilize disparate resources that are hard to measure with a single token standard. KP, as Kuaizi defines it, is a video-commerce AI value-consumption unit built on top of tokens, covering model tokens, inference compute, agents, skills, tool execution, traffic and IP resources. An enterprise account's KP wallet manages budget and capability invocation, while the underlying system orchestrates models, tools and resources.

The product system gives KP Wallet concrete use cases. According to the report, one Kuaizi enterprise account corresponds to one KP wallet that can access the Lijing engine, Kuaizi main platform, Kuaizi international edition, "Tuini" and enterprise FDE services. The Lijing engine connects video, image, voice and comprehension models, performing model routing for generation, replication and replacement. The main platform covers the video business workflow of "scripting, shooting, editing, distributing and managing," including industry insight, creative scripts, storyboards, AI studios, video replication, element replacement, digital humans and AI dubbing, and supports batch production for products, stores, crowds and channels. The international edition provides multilingual scripts, AI dubbing, digital humans and material localization. Tuini connects brand, store and employee accounts into a KOC matrix, matching content by industry, region and tags, and returns distribution data to subsequent content generation. Tuini currently links more than 50,000 active accounts and averages over 50 million high-quality plays per day. FDE services can deploy models, skills, tools and resources into enterprise processes, connecting private-domain materials, knowledge bases, organizational permissions, channel accounts and business data.

With KP Wallet, an enterprise can manage multiple business segments under one account, allocate KP by member, team, brand, project or region, set quotas and approval rules, and record all capability invocation and consumption in a unified ledger. New models, agents and skills can be added to the existing system. For example, when a brand generates 100 videos for different audiences around a new product, the system chooses an execution path from more than 30 multimodal model platforms, over 100 self-developed tools and skills, tens of millions of assets and IP resources, and accumulated industry context.

Kuaizi disclosed that it has accumulated over 120 million commercial videos, more than 13,500 paying enterprises covering over 922 cities across more than 20 industries, and has helped enterprises generate over 20 billion yuan in video commerce GMV. Its agent environment connects more than 30 multimodal model platforms and over 100 self-developed tools and skills, and includes hundreds of millions of industry context entries and tens of millions of materials and IP resources. In one case, a tea-drink brand using Kuaizi increased daily video output from 20 to more than 80 pieces, lifted material reuse by 50% and cut click cost by 18%. A Southeast Asian 3C project shortened per-video production time from 45 minutes to 2.3 minutes, increased daily output from 50 to 500 clips, raised cart conversion from 1.2% to 6.8%, and drove total GMV up 278%.

As models continue to change, enterprises are unlikely to rebuild their procurement and production flows with every model upgrade. Kuaizi's answer is to place all its capabilities under one account and one wallet. Whether this system can become a widely adopted habit for enterprise AI use in video commerce will require further validation in real business scale. The company noted that KP is an internal consumption unit within the Kuaizi platform, not legal tender, and does not support withdrawal or off-platform trading; specific acquisition, use, allocation and consumption rules are subject to platform announcements.
