Lenovo unveils AI-centric devices: Yoga with NVIDIA Arm chip, compact desktop with 128GB memory, and an AI-free ThinkBook
TechRadar reports Lenovo's AI-centric launch includes two Yoga laptops with NVIDIA's Arm superchip, an 830g fanless Project AeroBlade, a ThinkCentre X Ultra with 128GB unified memory, and a ThinkBook 14x Gen 2 without AI claims.
The two Yoga laptops are the most prominent in the AI part of the lineup, TechRadar reports. They run on NVIDIA's Arm superchip, and the publication says professionals might be more drawn to the AI-centric memory configurations than to the processor itself.
TechRadar also covers the ThinkCentre X Ultra, which fits 128GB of unified memory into a 1.6-liter box. Up to four of these compact units can be linked together in a cluster, according to the report.
Project AeroBlade is a fanless, mobility-centric device that weighs less than 830g and offers Thunderbolt. TechRadar notes that this connectivity is more than the ThinkBook it potentially won't replace yet, suggesting the AeroBlade is not positioned as a direct successor to that ThinkBook.
The 990g ThinkBook 14x Gen 2 is the only laptop in the launch with no AI claims tied to it. TechRadar says that absence may be intentional.
