Liverpool Host Tottenham in Carabao Cup Third Round With Free UK Stream on ITVX
Liverpool host Tottenham in the Carabao Cup third round on Sept. 15, with free UK coverage on ITV4 and ITVX.
Liverpool go into the match after a goalless draw with Fulham at the weekend, a result that followed an encouraging Champions League win over Atletico Madrid. TechRadar reported that Liverpool struggled to match the energy manager Andoni Iraola demands, with particular problems in the attacking third. Iraola may freshen up his side, which could mean starts for youngsters Lewis Koumas, Trey Nyoni and Rio Ngumoha. Wataru Endo may be handed his first start of the season, and Giorgi Mamardashvili is likely to feature in goal.
For Tottenham, the League Cup brings welcome relief from a league campaign in which they have gone four games without scoring, according to the report. Tottenham beat Charlton 5-1 to reach the third round, and manager Roberto de Zerbi may be tempted to pick a strong starting XI. Former Reds Andy Robertson and Dominic Solanke could feature, with both determined to mark an Anfield return with a win.
In the UK, the match will be shown on ITV4 and streamed via ITVX, TechRadar said. ITVX requires an account and a valid TV license to watch live. Sky Sports Football and Sky Sports Main Event will also carry the game, with Sky Sports packages starting at £22 per month for existing subscribers.
In the US, the Liverpool vs Tottenham live stream is available on Paramount+, according to TechRadar. The Paramount+ Essential package costs $8.99 per month or $89.99 per year, while Paramount+ Premium costs $13.99 per month or $139.99 per year. The platform also carries Carabao Cup soccer, the EFL Championship and the Champions League in 2026/27.
In Australia, beIN Sports will show the match, with beIN Sports 2 carrying the game. A subscription costs AU$16.99 per month, and new subscribers get a seven-day free trial. In Canada, DAZN will stream the match. DAZN Canada plans start at $24.99 per month for a standard annual contract or $34.99 for a flexible monthly pass.
TechRadar said viewers outside their home country can use a VPN to access their usual streaming service, and it recommends NordVPN, which it says is offering up to 75% off and three extra months free. The report adds that ITVX can be unlocked with NordVPN. TechRadar states that it tests and reviews VPN services only for legal recreational uses, such as accessing a service from another country subject to that service's terms and conditions, or protecting online security and privacy when abroad. It says it does not support or condone illegal or malicious use of VPN services, or the consumption of pirated paid content.
