Logitech C920x and Brio 101 webcams cut to $60 and $25 in Early Prime Deals sale

Logitech's C920x and Brio 101 1080p webcams are discounted in an early Prime sale, at $59.99 and $24.99 respectively. TechRadar says the choice comes down to whether better low-light handling and stereo microphones justify paying about $35 more.

The C920x, discounted from $70, records 1080p video at 30 frames per second and adds dual stereo microphones, automatic light correction and a fixed 78-degree field of view. It ships with a claw-style mount that also fits a standard tripod and requires no drivers. Logitech lists compatibility with Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and Nintendo Switch 2.

The Brio 101, cut from $40, offers 1080p video with automatic light correction, a single built-in microphone, a sliding privacy shutter and a USB-A connection. It is listed as compatible with Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and the Switch 2's GameChat mode. TechRadar reports that the $15 discount equals 38 percent off, and that multiple deal trackers list the price as an all-time low for the model, making it the larger discount of the two in percentage terms. The C920x's $10 reduction works out to about 14 percent.

TechRadar traces the C920x to the original Logitech C920, which it reviewed at 4.5 stars and praised for low-light detection and reliable autofocus. That review covered the older C920 rather than the current X variant, though the outlet notes the core optics and design carry over. It describes the Brio 101 as trading some of that optical performance for a lower price and a feature the C920x lacks, the built-in privacy shutter.

The decision, in TechRadar's assessment, rests on whether the C920x's better low-light handling and stereo microphones are worth about $35 more than the Brio 101. Neither camera is aimed at buyers who need 4K resolution or advanced AI framing; for those features the outlet points to Logitech's higher-tier Brio or MX Brio lines at a higher cost.
