MAMMOTION debuts LUBA 4 AWD robot mowers and Maston commercial mower at IFA 2026

The Berlin trade show also marks MAMMOTION's 10th anniversary, and its display carries the theme "To The Edge." The company says it has served more than 750,000 customers in over 30 countries and is focusing on the most difficult parts of automated lawn care, including slopes, garden beds, and lawn borders.

LUBA 4 AWD is MAMMOTION's flagship residential model. It uses a new Tri-Fusion navigation system with four wide-angle cameras, 360-degree LiDAR, and NetRTK positioning. The three sensor layers work in real time to reduce drift and keep mapping accurate in changing light or under dense trees. According to the report, the mower can map a lawn on its own and does not require a buried perimeter wire or an RTK base station. Its wraparound cameras and LiDAR also allow it to detect obstacles outside its direct view.

The mower has independent front-wheel steering and four-wheel torque vectoring on its all-wheel-drive system, enabling smooth bidirectional movement and gentle arcs instead of sharp U-turns that can damage turf. It can handle slopes up to 80 percent, or 38.6 degrees. Three sizes are offered: the 3000F and 6000F have two cutting discs and a 440 mm cutting width, while the 12000F has three discs and a 530 mm width. Cutting heights range from 25 mm to 100 mm on the smaller models and from 25 mm to 85 mm on the 12000F. A floating deck with six pivoting blades helps the mower follow the lawn's shape and avoid scalping. An optional edge-trimming attachment lets it cut directly along walls, fences, and garden beds as part of the automatic mowing routine.

Maston, previewed at CES 2026 and now launching at IFA, is MAMMOTION's entrance into commercial grounds care. It comes in two versions. Maston Rotary uses three 500 W motors spinning up to 6,000 RPM, a 62 cm cutting width, and can cover up to 24,000 square meters per day, making it suited for thick, tall, or rough grass. Maston Flail offers a minimum cutting height of 10 mm, a 68 cm deck, and can mow up to 40,000 square meters daily; its floating deck and dual-layer mulching blades help prevent clogging in wet or dense grass.

Both Maston models work with MAMMOTION's new Fleet Management platform and app, which lets operators view machine locations, mowing progress, and status for multiple sites in one place. The commercial mower uses all-wheel drive with independent wheel suspension and can climb slopes up to 70 percent, or 35 degrees. Zero-turn front steering and hill-hold assist are included.
