Meaco launches two new tower fans as earlier models sell out
Meaco has unveiled two tower fans, both in stock now, after its earlier air circulators sold out during the summer heatwave. Prices start at £69.99.
The larger of the two stands 26 inches tall and costs £99.99, while the smaller model, designed for tables, desks, and kitchen counters, is 19 inches and costs £69.99. Both fans offer 12 speeds, four oscillation angles (45, 90, 135, and 180 degrees), and dedicated night modes that lower speed and silence sounds. They also come with glow-in-the-dark remote controls, and the larger model can be operated through Meaco’s smartphone app, allowing users to set cooling schedules or adjust settings remotely.
TechRadar reports that the larger fan delivers a maximum airflow of 34.41 cubic meters per minute, while the smaller unit provides 17.27 cubic meters per minute. Both are described as quiet, with the smaller model’s night mode reaching a whisper-quiet 22dBA. The company’s previously released Sefte 8in Portable Air Circulator and Sefte Pro 10in Table Air Circulator both earned four and a half stars out of five in TechRadar reviews, praised for quiet operation, high airflow, and rechargeable batteries.
One TechRadar editor said she bought the eight-inch model herself and found it invaluable on warm nights, especially when placed near an open window. She said she has high expectations for the new tower fans and hopes to publish full reviews of both soon.
