Mint Mobile cuts unlimited plan to $15 a month for new customers as iPhone 18 Pro demand builds
Mint Mobile is offering new customers any of its prepaid plans, including its annual unlimited data tier, for $15 a month with $180 paid upfront, TechRadar reports.
The annual unlimited plan ordinarily costs about $30 a month, or $360 for a year. Under the promotion, customers pay $180 upfront and lock in the $15 monthly rate for twelve months of service. TechRadar said the unlimited plan is competitive even at its regular price and cheaper than many rival offerings, which makes the discount "just the cherry on top."
The plan includes unlimited talk, text and mobile hotspot, with caps of 50GB of 5G data and 20GB of mobile hotspot use. TechRadar described those limits as generous for the price.
The offer applies only to new Mint Mobile customers. "If you've been curious about trying Mint Mobile, then now's a great time to jump on board," the publication said.
Mint is also discounting handsets alongside the plan promotion. The Google Pixel 11 series carries a $450 discount with no trade-in required, combined with a year of unlimited data for $180, half the usual price. TechRadar said that bundle is exclusive to new Mint customers.
The Samsung Galaxy S26 series is offered with $500 off upfront plus a year of unlimited data for $180, and trade-in credit of up to $400. TechRadar said the trade-in amount is enough to cover the entire cost of the standard Galaxy S26. The Galaxy S26 Ultra was listed at $1,100, down from $1,300.
According to TechRadar, the promotions require an upfront annual payment rather than monthly billing, so customers commit to a full year of service to secure the advertised rates.
