Nacon launches Hell Is Us-themed Revolution Pro X Special Edition Xbox controller

The jet-black controller uses a minimalist whorl design based on Hell Is Us. It has contactless Hall Effect joysticks and instant triggers equipped with micro-switches that Nacon says work “without mechanical wear.” Nacon lists two programmable shortcut buttons on the back, four vibration motors, a 2.4 GHz wireless dongle and a 3 m detachable braided USB-C cable.

A control ring lets players adjust the mechanical tension of the joysticks with a single gesture, Nacon said, so they can prioritize fast movements or precise aiming depending on the situation. When connected to a PC, the controller offers a wired mode with a 1,000 Hz polling rate and a claimed latency of 1 ms, a specification intended for fast-paced games such as first-person shooters.

“With the Revolution Pro X – SE, we wanted to offer a full-featured precision controller at a competitive price,” Yannick Allaert, director of Nacon’s accessories division, said in the announcement. “Its joystick tension adjustment, Hall Effect sensors, and micro-switch combine technologies designed to allow every player to tailor their controls to their playing style.”

Nacon said the Special Edition combines mechanical fine-tuning for all playstyles with tournament-grade precision. The product is part of Nacon’s officially licensed Xbox accessory line and carries the Hell Is Us theme through its external design. TechRadar reported the launch and pricing details.
