Nanoleaf Shapes panels now work in the Philips Hue app
Nanoleaf Shapes panels now work in the Philips Hue app via a $39.99 Wall Light Module.
The compatible panels include Nanoleaf Hexagons, Triangles, and Mini Triangles. To integrate them, users must purchase the Philips Hue Wall Light Module, which connects the third-party lights to the Hue app and enables control through Hue scenes, automations, and entertainment experiences.
The Wall Light Module is listed on Philips Hue's website at $39.99, while starter kits including Nanoleaf panels start at $199.99. Signify said the starter kits are only available in select markets.
The announcement follows earlier clues that such an integration was coming. A hexagon-shaped panel icon appeared in the Hue app, and later leaks and a support page hinted at Nanoleaf support through a new module.
