Naver's Line Works selected as official business tool for Taiwan's Hsinchu city government
Naver Cloud's Line Works messaging platform has been chosen by Taiwan's Hsinchu city government, marking its first entry into the island's public sector.
The city is considered a tech hub of Taiwan, home to major technology companies including TSMC, the world's largest chipmaker. The agreement came as part of Hsinchu city's efforts to advance its administrative systems through the adoption of artificial intelligence and other smart systems, the cloud operator said.
Line Works made its official entry into Taiwan in October last year. Since then, it has secured more than 10,000 users from some 150 local companies and institutions.
