New Mac mini and Mac Studio now available for pre-order on Amazon

Amazon has begun taking pre-orders for Apple's newly announced Mac mini and Mac Studio models, with configurations starting at $899 for the Mac mini and $2,499 for the Mac Studio.

On Amazon, the 2026 Mac mini M6 with 16GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at $899, while the 16GB/512GB model costs $1,099. The 24GB/512GB M6 version is listed at $1,299, and the M5 Pro variant with 24GB RAM and 512GB storage is priced at $1,699. Amazon is also taking orders for the Mac Studio M5 Max with 36GB RAM and 412GB storage at $2,499.

Apple also introduced minor updates to the Magic Keyboard. The standard Magic Keyboard is available on Amazon for $99, the Touch ID version for $149, and the black Magic Keyboard with Touch ID and Numeric Keypad for $199. In addition, a new Apple Polishing Cloth is listed at $9, down from the original $19 price.

Best Buy is also offering pre-orders for the new devices, but some configurations differ in price and storage. The Mac mini M5 Pro with 24GB RAM and 512GB storage is listed at $1,599 on Best Buy, $100 less than Amazon's price. The Mac Studio M5 Max at Best Buy is priced at $2,499 but comes with 512GB storage, whereas Amazon's listing for the same price shows 412GB storage. Apple's product pages or retailers may clarify these discrepancies.

Amazon's listings follow the announcement this morning, and the availability comes shortly after 9to5Mac reported that the new Mac Studio is also now available for pre-order on Amazon.
