Newegg bundles a black Xbox wireless controller with a $50 digital Xbox gift card for $80, The Verge reports.

The controller works with Xbox and PC, supports Bluetooth connectivity, and can be used as a wireless gamepad with a Steam Deck or other gaming handheld that can be docked to a TV, according to The Verge. The Verge said it lacks Hall effect sticks but called it Microsoft's best midrange controller yet, citing a premium-feeling, comfortable design, a headphone jack, and good battery life with support for swappable AA batteries.

The Verge also highlighted a Corsair Vanguard 96 mechanical gaming keyboard bundle. From Sept. 21 through Sept. 27, the complete bundle is priced at $129.99, down from $189.99, a savings of $60. It includes Pacific Blue keycaps pre-installed plus a complete Matcha Green keycap set. The keyboard uses a compact 96 percent layout that keeps the number pad and arrow keys, and it features Corsair MLX Plasma mechanical switches, an integrated color LCD screen, a multifunction rotary dial, hot-swappable switch support, 8,000Hz hyper-polling, and Stream Deck integration, according to The Verge.

Another deal cited by The Verge is the Aurzen tri-fold mini projector. Normally $299, the USB-C chargeable projector is $249.99 at Best Buy for the rest of the day. The Verge said deputy editor Thomas Ricker tested it in a review and used it in various scenarios. The projector is small but surprisingly bright and can easily connect to Android or iPhone for mirroring games and other locally stored content, or content streamed through Plex or a similar service. For DRM-protected shows or movies, The Verge said users need Aurzen's CastPlay Pro dongle, which currently costs $105.

The Verge also pointed to Acer's Chromebook Plus Spin 514 at $499 at Best Buy. It originally cost $749, and the discount expires later today. The laptop has a 14-inch 1200p touchscreen and a foldable 2-in-1 design, with a MediaTek Kompanio Ultra processor, 12GB of RAM, 256GB of SSD storage, and Wi-Fi 7 support. Because it carries the Chromebook Plus designation, it includes one year of free access to Google AI Pro, which grants 5TB of cloud storage, YouTube Premium Lite, Google Home Premium, and other perks. The Verge described it as a solid laptop, though not a high-end Googlebook.

Ugreen's Nexode Pro multi-port wall charger is also part of the list. The Verge said it is priced at $59.99 at Amazon, down from an original $89.99 that it almost never sold for. It briefly dropped to $49.99 after its debut and has fallen to $59.99 only once before. The charger is intended for people who own multiple USB-C chargeable devices. It reaches 140W when using just one USB-C port and can distribute 160W of total power across five gadgets plugged in at once.
