Ninja launches Crispi Microwave air fryer combo in UK for £359.99
Ninja’s new Crispi Microwave, an air fryer and microwave combo, is now available in the UK for £359.99, offering capacity for eight people and features that might replace a full-sized oven.
Unlike traditional microwaves, the Crispi Microwave uses a flatbed design without a turntable, allowing more cooking space and the ability to combine defrosting, cooking, and crisping in one cycle. It includes five air-frying presets and eight microwave modes, including options such as 'soften butter' for baking and 'beverage' for reheating tea or making hot chocolate. As with other Crispi air fryers, the appliance comes with non-toxic glass dishes for storing, cooking, and serving, plus a specially designed steam lid for safely preparing vegetables and dumplings.
The Crispi Microwave is promoted as a family-friendly option, featuring a two-step child lock to prevent young children from opening the door during use. It is available in four colors: silver, black, stone gold, and dark blue. TechRadar noted that it has not yet been tested by the publication, but the appliance will undergo a standard battery of tests, and future coverage may help consumers decide whether it can replace their regular oven.
