Oppo Find X10 Series Set for October 21 Global Launch as Price Leaks Point Higher
Oppo sets October 21 global launch for Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max; leaks point to higher prices.
The phones are already listed for deposit in the UK on Oppo’s site, and the global launch is being advertised on Oppo’s Australian page, according to TechRadar. Oppo does not have much presence in the US, making direct sales there unlikely; buyers there may need third-party importers. The UK deposits offer £150 off the Find X10 and £200 off the Find X10 Pro Max.
The Find X10 Pro Max is positioned as the higher-end model. It is said to carry three 200MP cameras—one wide, one ultra-wide and one telephoto with 3x optical zoom—alongside a 50MP front camera. It is also said to use a MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro chipset, up to 16GB of RAM, though the global model may top out at 12GB, a 6.78-inch 144Hz AMOLED screen and an 8,000mAh battery with 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
The standard Find X10 is less advanced but still high-spec in the same report. It is said to have two 200MP rear cameras and one 50MP rear camera, a 50MP front camera, a MediaTek Dimensity 9600M chipset, 12GB or 16GB of RAM, a 6.59-inch 144Hz AMOLED screen and the same battery and charging specifications as the Pro Max.
The clearest concern is pricing. A recent leak from YTechB, reported by GSMArena and cited by TechRadar, points to the Find X10 starting at €1,399 for 256GB and €1,599 for 512GB. The Find X10 Pro Max is said to come in a single 512GB configuration at €1,799.
Those figures would mark a substantial increase over the Find X9 series. The Find X9 launched in Europe at €999 with 512GB, meaning the leaked Find X10 starting price is €400 higher while offering half the storage; the same 512GB configuration would cost €600 more, a 60% increase. There was no Find X9 Pro Max, but the Find X9 Pro with 512GB cost €1,299, so the leaked Find X10 Pro Max price is €500, or 38%, higher.
If the increases apply in other markets, the Find X10 Pro Max could cost more than the iPhone 18 Pro Max. Oppo is expected to confirm final details on October 21.
Editor's Summary
Oppo has scheduled a global launch for the Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max on October 21 in Mallorca, Spain, after their China debut. Leaked European prices suggest the new models will be significantly more expensive than the Find X9 series, with the Pro Max potentially topping the iPhone 18 Pro Max in cost. Final pricing and availability are expected to be confirmed at launch.
