The SC7 uses a magnesium alloy body measuring 273.2 x 208.9 x 19.9 mm, with internal ribbing intended to keep the chassis rigid. Panasonic put the notebook through internal drop tests from 76 centimeters and 30 centimeters in 26 directions during development, as well as a 100 kgf pressure vibration test. In PCMark 10's Modern Office profile, TechRadar reported battery testing returned about 22 hours and 59 minutes of continuous everyday use.

Panasonic says the built-in NPU meets the requirements for Microsoft's Copilot+ PC program, allowing both cloud-based and local AI processing. PCMark 10 testing showed the processor performing at full capacity with help from Panasonic's MaxPerformer heat and power tuning system. On Geekbench 7, the Let's Note SC7 scored 2,354 points in single-core tasks and 10,437 points in multi-core benchmarks. Security features include facial recognition through an infrared camera and a fingerprint sensor built into the power button.
