Prime Video's Neagley Spinoff Expected September 16 With All Eight Episodes
Prime Video is expected to release Neagley, the Reacher spinoff starring Maria Sten, on September 16, with all eight episodes available at once in the U.S. and Canada, according to TechRadar.
TechRadar reported on September 13 that the timing follows the usual debut window for Amazon TV Originals on Prime Video. For international viewers, the expected release times are 8 a.m. BST in the UK, 12:30 p.m. IST in India, 3 p.m. SGT in Singapore, 5 p.m. AEST in Australia and 7 p.m. NZST in New Zealand. In the U.S. and Canada, the release is expected at 12 a.m. PT and 3 a.m. ET.
Neagley arrives as Reacher season 4 comes to an end. Maria Sten reprises the title role she played in the first three seasons of Reacher. In the spinoff, Neagley is working as a private investigator in Chicago. She quickly learns that a beloved friend from her past has been killed in a suspicious accident and becomes determined to seek justice.
The full season will consist of eight episodes, all released at once. That differs from other Prime Video TV series that use weekly episodic drops. There is currently no public word on whether a second season of Neagley has been greenlit.
TechRadar said it expected the September 16 date because that is when Amazon TV Originals usually make their debuts on Prime Video. The report did not say whether Prime Video has confirmed a second-season renewal.
