Qwen Go! Personal Agent Nears Launch After Refund and Insurance Tasks

Qwen Go! helped users get a 70-yuan flight delay payout and a 52-yuan Taobao refund, Leiphone reports.

One user shared that Qwen Go! helped apply for flight delay compensation and received 70 yuan, Leiphone reported. Another user said the agent obtained a 52-yuan price-protection refund from Taobao. Qwen Go! can also carry out tasks including car maintenance, sports appointments and shopping price comparisons, according to the report.

Qwen is described in the report as the world's first personal AI assistant that can act for users. Since it launched last year, it has added shopping, ride-hailing, express delivery and wealth management capabilities based on Alibaba's ecosystem and open platform, Leiphone said. In hands-on use, the upgraded Qwen has expanded the range and ability of the personal assistant, according to the report. When needed, it can autonomously query and operate various authorized platforms, compare options, call service providers and complete target tasks, the report said.

The report did not specify a launch date for Qwen Go! or detail its wider availability. It also did not say how many users had tried the agent or whether the refund and compensation cases were part of a test. Leiphone's account was based on user reports and its own hands-on experience, and the material provided no independent confirmation.
