Roborock Qrevo 2 Pro launches with 25,000Pa suction and self-cleaning dock at $550 intro price

The Qrevo 2 Pro draws 25,000Pa of suction and includes a Dual Anti-Tangle System designed to reduce hair wrapping around its brushes, Android Authority reported. It also features Carpet Boost+ and Deep Carpet Cleaning to tackle dirt buried in rugs and carpets, and it can automatically remove its mop pads before cleaning carpets to keep soft floors dry. The self-cleaning dock washes, dries, refills, and empties the robot, with the dustbin needing emptying only every 65 days.

ZDNet's reviewer tested the Qrevo 2 Pro and found it handled a dog-shedding-heavy office in about 10 minutes, reaching corners and under furniture while mapping the entire space in a single pass and cleaning in rows without losing its way. The rotating mop pads use Flexi Arm technology to extend within 2mm of walls, and the vacuum increases airflow when passing over carpet to pick up deep-seated dust and dirt.

The robot avoided moving obstacles like a desk chair and a dog, but failed to avoid cords on the floor, from thin chargers to thick extension cords. The reviewer said this is normal for midrange robots and makes the Qrevo 2 Pro a better fit for users who don't mind picking up small obstacles before a cleaning.

According to ZDNet, the robot drops its mop pads at the dock before vacuuming carpets, returns to pick them up automatically when mopping, and the dock handles washing and drying. The user periodically empties the dirty water tank and refills clean water. The reviewer described the Qrevo 2 Pro as a formidable midrange option that suits people with multiple floor types and few loose items on the floor.
