Samsung Expands Stable One UI 9 to Galaxy S25 and Z7 Series in Korea

Samsung is rolling out stable One UI 9 to the Galaxy S25 series, Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 in Korea, with a US release expected soon.

For the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra, the stable release is arriving with firmware version S93xNKSUCDZIF, Android Authority reported. The same stable One UI 9 rollout is also reaching Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 users in Korea. The report describes the release as the stable Android 17 update.

According to screenshots shared by leaker Tarun Vats on X, beta testers are seeing a download of roughly 535MB, Android Authority reported. Users coming directly from Android 16 and One UI 8.5 are receiving a much larger package. A Galaxy S25 Ultra screenshot cited in the report shows the same stable build weighing 3,851.56MB.

Samsung has been rolling out One UI 9 in stages across its flagship lineup. The Galaxy S26 series received the update first before the rollout widened beyond Korea, according to Android Authority. The latest expansion opens the door to more 2025 flagships in Samsung’s home market.

The report says the update is expected to roll out soon in the US as well. No specific US release date was included in the report.
